Jonathan Corbett // TSA //

Jonathan discusses what led him to file a suit against the TSA and what the current status is.  TSA has persuaded the 11th circuit that they can search and read written and digital documents as well as anything else they want.  Was TSA stopping use of Rapiscan nakedizers just to get the next generation scanner in?  Does the Supreme Court ruling requiring a warrant to search cell phones apply to TSA?
